Christen is a dedicated mother of three and a passionate early childhood professional with a deep commitment to nurturing young minds and supporting families. With a background in legal studies, business, and early childhood education from Strayer University, she brings a well-rounded, thoughtful approach to leadership and learning.

Christen is certified and credentialed through the Maryland State Department of Education, reflecting her commitment to maintaining high standards of care, education, and professional excellence. She believes in continuous growth—both for herself and for the children she serves—seeking ongoing opportunities to develop new skills that strengthen her program and enrich each child’s learning experience.

As an author, owner, and director, Christen weaves creativity, leadership, and purpose into every aspect of her work. A faith-centered leader, she places God at the heart of her program, guiding her work with integrity, compassion, and care.
